Autumn, thank you for being such a fun guide! You got them hooked on nature. My boys have very different personalities (and attention spans) and you were patient & encouraging so they both had fun and learned new things! You’re the best, and we are all very excited for our next Nature Session!

Just like adults, there are so many benefits to bringing kids into nature. Reduced stress, deeper thinking, confidence building, anxiety reducing, and increased attention- just to name a few. To start, I will get kids amped up for these nature activities by doing a high energy, engaging activity. We will move onto something that captivates and immerses them into their surroundings. They will end by following their own instincts to better understand the life around them.

These activities are best suited for kids ages 5-12. A session typically lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour. All supplies will be provided, along with a nature adventure kit. These sessions can be booked for 1 child or in groups. Parents are welcome to join in or find a place nearby to relax and observe from a distance!
